My book: Pandora's Box

This blog is only part of my experience remembering past lives, the darkest and hardest part. It is only a small portion of those things I write in my private journals that might well remain hidden, “not for everyone’s eyes”, but at the same time I feel the need to share with the world. Sometimes this seems to have a greater healing effect than keeping them under key and lock in my own computer.

I am aware than in the English-speaking countries there is already a wide reincarnation bibliography, and mine is only one more example of someone remembering past lives. But while I was writing in Spanish, I thought it could be also of interest for other people all over the world. So, I translated it and finally it is available in Amazon for all those who find this blog and want to know how it all began.

Pandora’s Box is the result of nearly three years researching and, above all, experiencing reincarnation, that is, remembering past lives. As it is implicit in my own definition of reincarnationist*, I consider this latter essential to speak properly about reincarnation. I say this because along my path I realized that, no matter how much you have believed in reincarnation during your life, it is only when you remember, and especially, validate a past life, that you can really know there is a lot more behind it than what a person without the same experience can understand. At the beginning of my journey I would have never defined myself as a reincarnationist, as in general I maintain a very rational attitude and I prefer not to state my opinion about things I don’t know until I have studied them as deeply and objectively as possible. One thing is to have a more or less blurred idea of a certain alleged reality, and a very different thing to be almost certain of that reality (perhaps in a 99%, though the margin I leave is only because there is always a probability we all are wrong).

It is likely I will never make all my experiences and feelings public, as it is a very private and personal journey (and unique for each of us). But in the book I worked hard to write always from my heart and be as honest as I can be. I used my own experiences and those of the persons who wanted to collaborate as an example to illustrate the different phases which possibly everyone who, for one reason or another, begins to remember past lives, goes through.

The main purpose of the book is to help these people understand that what is happening to them is nothing strange, nor a mental illness, nor simple fantasies. They haven’t lost their sanity either, and they don’t have to feel guilty for believing in something that the majority of people consider absurd. Whatever we want to believe, with or without past life memories, we all reincarnate. The signs are there and we can learn to recognize them, and we can remember as well. The other purpose is to bring a bit of common sense to this world all reincarnationists will get involved with sooner or later: I think it is a big mistake to associate reincarnation with spirituality or New Age, where one can hear many beautiful words but facts and concrete data are scarce. I think we can, and we must, use science as much as we can to explain something that is considered paranormal for the moment, but, according to my observations, is no more than a natural and universal phenomenon that must be studied with total seriousness.

From a very basic level, I explain with a lot of detail the techniques to remember past lives, especially self-regression, and from there I advance to those topics that are hard to explain even by reincarnationists, laying emphasis on how to deal with the emotions that will inevitably arise while we are remembering past lives. I also address many topics that haven’t been touched in the Spanish-speaking countries yet, like famous past lives, and the memories of people who claim to have lived during the Second World War, in both bands.

* I began to use the word “reincarnationist” after hearing it repeatedly in several English-speaking forums, and it ended up becoming a fundamental part in my blog about reincarnation. This word is not officially accepted yet, at least not in the Dictionary of the Royal Academy of the Spanish Language. Though at first sight it might mean just “a person who believes in reincarnation”, for me it goes a bit beyond, and with it I refer to persons who believe in reincarnation and besides remember past lives, as I have noticed this latter makes a great difference.

My complete definition of reincarnationist would be as follows:

“Person who after long years of investigation and study from all the possible viewpoints, and after experiencing for themselves that it is possible to remember and validate past lives, has come to the conclusion that reincarnation is a fact, not a belief or an unproved religious doctrine”.

PANDORA'S BOX: MY EXPERIENCE.

Pandora's Box is not a book for all audiences, I warn you of this right now. Pandora's Box is especially dedicated to all those people who want to know the Truth and are aware they only can find it within them. In this book you will find some of my experiences and one or two personal opinions, but as opposed to what many other authors do, I am honest and I tell you the only thing I know is that I have lived before. Reincarnation, as for today, is a mystery. No one knows how it works, no matter what they say. There is something of which I am completely certain though: there are many people who remember past lives, and no, this is not an illusion of our mind, an entanglement of consciousness or memories transmitted through our genetic code. Besides, everyone can do it.

And most importantly, I don't want you to believe me.

I want you to experience it yourself.

If you want to know whether this book is for you, answer the next questions:
  • Are you looking for a master to give you all the answers?
  • Someone to give you spiritual advice to make you feel you better?
  • A guru who can see your past lives and speak of karmic debts you must pay?
  • Do you love to theorize about reincarnation and debate for eternity but you are not interested either in remembering or knowing what people who remember think and feel?
  • Do you want to know how to identify your twin soul?
  • Do you think it is a waste of time to verify your memories, as you don't even want to know if reincarnation is a reality?

If you answered yes to most of these questions, don't read my book. In it there are neither fantasies nor spiritual teachings more typical of religions.

Reincarnation is a fact. The beliefs that usually go along with it, are not.

So, I tell you what I have experienced myself and the conclusions I have drawn. I give you some advice, but I am not going to preach about the need to forgive your neighbor or evolve spiritually, as no one knows if this is really so. No one knows why we reincarnate, nor do we know why we remember, we simply do.
  • Do you have a rational mind and are you interested in knowing more about reincarnation from common sense?
  • Do you think for yourself?
  • Do you think it is tiresome that no one takes reincarnation seriously, or some even mock people who believe in it?
  • You don't understand what they mean with "spirituality"?
  • Are you tired to be invited to absurd lectures where they speak of how wonderful regressions are but you never hear anything new?
  • Do you want to remember past lives or find out how to deal with the memories you already have?
  • Would you like to find people like you, who really knows what remembering past lives means?
  • Are you searching for practical and down-to-earth advice?
  • Do you think that historical research of your possible memories is essential?
If you have answered yes now, then read my book. You will finally find what you are looking for. You will feel identified. You will stop feeling alone.

La Caja de Pandora y Pandora's Box.

There is a different way to approach reincarnation.

Not all of us who remember past lives are Brian Weiss' fans, have a crystal ball or recommend everyone to watch the movie Our home (Nosso Lar). Some of us have a scientific mind and we don't believe in anything.

You can purchase my book in Amazon. It is available in both paperback and ebook formats.
